2023 VRMS Cross Country Team
PRACTICE
Practices will begin on September 3, 2024 and will be daily from 2:50 pm until 4:10 pm at the View Ridge Track. Please bring a water bottle, running shoes, jacket, comfortable, and school appropriate running attire.
In order to participate, you will need to complete the online registration (Arbiter) and upload your current physical ( WIAA Physical Form ) to the registration, or if you prefer, you can drop off a copy of your physical at the View Ridge Office before the first practice.
