Teaching Academy
Teaching Academy prepares students with skills and knowledge to become Washington State Certified Paraeducators. The program also provides opportunities to work with elementary students on site, and can be bilingual. Students who successfully complete Teaching Academy can earn college credits towards their Bachelor of Science degree in Education. The program will serve high school juniors and seniors from Kalama, La Center, Ridgefield and Woodland.

Pre-Electrician Program
Electricity, often taken for granted, is what makes our modern world function. Trained electricians make the world work and are in extremely high demand. If you want to learn in an application-based environment, this program may be just for you. The program will serve high school juniors and seniors from Kalama, La Center, Ridgefield and Woodland.
All students will learn:
Residential and commercial electrical codes
Wiring and motor controls
Electrical theory and blueprint reading

Prerequisites:
Reading proficiency at 9th grade level
